On the Road, With The Adobo Road Cookbook

Pork Belly and Pineapple Adobo 2

Hi All,

With the impending release of The Adobo Road Cookbook in May, I will be having a few book signings and special events where I’ll hopefully get to meet some of my readers and other Filipino food lovers (I’m also expecting to meet some people who will tell me their Lola’s/Auntie’s/Mom’s/Cousin’s/BFF’s adobo is so much better than mine—which I’m sure is true). So check out the tentative schedule below, and if I happen to be in your neighborhood, do stop by and say hi. Any changes to the schedule below will be updated on my main Events page, so be sure to check that page often for any new events.

Hey, what about Hawaii? People here are very familiar to Filipino food and there is a large population. Barnes and Noble at Ala Moana Shopping Center always has author signings!

  • hungrySLIF April 30, 2013, 7:15 pm

I’ll gladly drive down to Seattle from Vancouver if you do a signing!
